The dogs are at my feet.  June is actually beside me with her head hanging over the side of the couch.  She hangs it like a used towel is hung over the edge of a counter as the cooker prepares for its next use.  I have coffee in my hand.   The rumbling of the dryer and the blowing of the heat are nice additions to the morning.

Soon I will be headed to a day of prayer and fasting.  It is the Saturday of Mothers-Day weekend.  I am not sure why the schedule is that way.  I was a bit critical.  However, upon waking up this morning believe it to be a good exercise for a good day.  The time I spend with my mother-in-law tonight will have to be all the more precious.
